Part of the human condition is the need to feel heard and understood.
Past experiences shape who we are, how we communicate, and what we need from others. In my practice, I will provide you a safe place to process thoughts and feelings that might be uncomfortable to share with others, allowing you to be authentically you in the process.
My style is warm, supportive, collaborative, and direct. I provide non-judgmental guidance and strive to meet you where you are at while supporting you in discovering answers within yourself. Together we will work to develop a more positive sense of self, find increased insight into behaviors, and identify patterns that no longer serve you.
